"Not really worth it anymore"
I used to think this was a decent buy, but the price has gone up way too much now. For what you get, it just doesn’t feel worth the money. That part was weird, because it doesn’t seem like anything improved enough to justify it

"Actually disappointed this time"
The shirt actually looked really nice online, so I was excited to get it. But the fabric feels super thin, and the stitching started coming apart after just one wash. I’m disappointed with the quality this time.

"Sizing is really off"
I ordered my usual size, but it ended up being way too small. Definately check the sizing before buying.

"Same out-of-stock problem again"
I came back hoping to grab a few things, but once again the sizes I need are gone. The site has some really nice stuff, which makes it even more frustrating, but every time I check lately, almost nothing is actually available...

"Okay site, but I don’t know why it feels a bit slow"
Padini’s website is fine overall, but I don’t know why it sometimes feels a little slow when I’m browsing through different categories. The layout is simple though, so I can usually find what I’m looking for without too much hassle.
Checkout was easy enough, but I feel like the filters could be better. I had to click around more than I expected just to narrow things down. Not a bad experience, just kind of average for me.

"Deals Look Good, But It’s Kind of a Joke"
The promos seemed decent at first, but then half the sizes were already gone and the discount didn’t even apply to a bunch of stuff. Checkout felt annoying, honestly. Kind of a lame experience

"Got the wrong pants and now I’m tired of sorting it out"
I ordered a pair of black pants from padini.com, but what showed up was a completely different color and size. The funny part is the invoice was right, so I don’t know how it got packed wrong. Now I have to go through the whole return process, wait again, and deal with customer service when I really don’t have the energy for it. This was my first time ordering from them, and it’ll probably be my last.

"Delivery felt really slow to me"
In my experience, the delivery has taken way too long. It’s been two weeks and I’m still waiting, which is frustrating.

"I don’t trust their support anymore"
I’ve sent so many emails and I’m still waiting for someone to actually reply. At this point it feels like they’re just ignoring me, i’ve lost a lot of trust in the company because of it.

"Still waiting on my refund"
I sent my order back weeks ago and I’m still waiting for the refund to come through. Every time I contact customer service, I just get the same generic reply with no real update or explanation. It’s exhausting. padini needs to take responsibility and be more transparent about what’s happening instead of leaving customers chasing for their own money. I don’t think I’ll be ordering from padini online again after this
